Terms and Conditions

Terms governing use of the Medcare Hub website and information about our services.

Document type: Website Terms and Conditions   Applies to: medcare-hub.com   Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to medcare-hub.com and the website information, enquiries and online features made available by Medcare Hub (“Medcare Hub”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to visitors, prospective clients and clients using the website.

Where you purchase or commission a service, the accepted quotation, order, booking confirmation or signed service agreement also applies. If a specific commercial term in that document conflicts with these website Terms, the specific document controls for that service. Nothing here removes a right that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

2. Eligibility and authority

You may use the website only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. If you act for a company, healthcare facility or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to make enquiries and accept commitments on its behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied on behalf of an organisation is accurate and that you have permission to share it.

3. Services and service information

Medcare Hub publishes information about healthcare facility licensing and compliance support, radiation safety and technical services, professional training, biomedical services, digital compliance tools and healthcare directories. The availability, deliverables, timetable, fees and prerequisites for any particular engagement are those confirmed in its quotation, booking or service agreement.

Website descriptions are general information and may be updated. Unless a written engagement says otherwise, browsing the website does not create a consultancy, clinical, engineering, agency or other professional relationship.

4. Enquiries, quotations and bookings

An enquiry or request submitted through the website is not, by itself, an accepted order or a promise that a service is available. A service engagement begins when we confirm acceptance in writing or both parties sign the relevant agreement. Please review the scope, assumptions, exclusions, deliverables, fees and dates in that confirmation before accepting.

Any estimate or quotation is subject to the validity period and assumptions stated in it. We may ask for further information before confirming scope or scheduling.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information reasonably needed for an enquiry or engagement, identify relevant deadlines and requirements, obtain necessary internal approvals, and cooperate with agreed site access, safety and scheduling arrangements. You remain responsible for decisions made by your organisation and for maintaining your own licences, permits, records and regulatory filings unless a written agreement expressly assigns a specific task to us.

Tell us promptly if supplied information changes. Delays, rework or additional costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information may require a revised schedule or written change to scope.

6. Regulatory and professional outcomes

Regulatory requirements, assessment criteria and processing times may change and may depend on decisions made by government authorities, accreditation bodies, equipment suppliers or other third parties. We can provide only the work expressly agreed; we do not control those third parties and do not guarantee an approval, licence, inspection result, certification, processing time or other outcome unless an agreement lawfully and specifically promises it.

You remain responsible for confirming which requirements apply to your organisation and for obtaining independent legal, clinical, engineering or regulatory advice where appropriate. Training or educational material is not a substitute for professional judgement, workplace procedures or emergency services.

7. Training and course participation

Course dates, prerequisites, attendance requirements, assessment rules, included materials and any certificate or credential are determined by the course description and booking confirmation. A certificate is issued only where the applicable course requirements are met and the relevant issuing organisation authorises it. Enrolment does not guarantee successful completion or certification.

Participants must follow instructor directions and applicable safety rules. You must tell us before the course about accessibility or participation needs so we can discuss reasonable arrangements.

8. Fees, payment, cancellation and changes

Fees, taxes, deposits, payment deadlines and accepted payment methods will be shown in the applicable quotation, checkout or invoice. Unless that document states otherwise, payment is due by the date shown on the invoice. You are responsible for charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, no-shows and changes to a booked service are governed by the terms given with that booking or engagement and by any mandatory rights under applicable law. Please contact us promptly if you need to change a booking. We will confirm any approved change and any resulting fee or schedule adjustment in writing.

9. Acceptable use and website security

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights. You must not use website content or automated access to build, train or operate a competing directory or service in a way that violates applicable law or our intellectual property rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or our rights, or to comply with law.

10. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its text, graphics, branding, layouts and materials are owned by or licensed to Medcare Hub and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your personal or internal business reference, provided you keep notices intact and do not misrepresent the source.

No other copying, republication, commercial reuse, modification or distribution is permitted without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it. Materials supplied under a service engagement may be used only as permitted by that engagement.

11. Third-party services and directory information

The website may link to external websites, payment providers, training or certification bodies, regulators, suppliers, healthcare providers or directory listings. Those third parties control their own services, content and privacy practices. A link or listing is provided for convenience and does not by itself mean we endorse, verify, employ or guarantee that third party.

Directory information may be supplied by providers or other sources and can change. Verify credentials, availability, services and suitability directly with the provider before relying on a listing. The directory is not an emergency service; in an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

12. Privacy and communications

Our handling of personal information is described in the Medcare Hub Privacy Policy. Information submitted through the website should be limited to what is reasonably needed for your enquiry. Do not submit patient records, sensitive health details or confidential third-party information through a general enquiry form unless we have specifically requested it through an appropriate channel.

We may contact you about an enquiry or service you request using the details you provide. Marketing communications, where sent, are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

13. Website availability and information

We aim to keep the website available and information current, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free, complete or current. We may update, suspend or remove website features or content. A temporary outage or change does not alter a confirmed service agreement.

Website material is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances, and you should verify important requirements with the relevant authority or qualified adviser.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, including any non-waivable consumer rights. Subject to that rule, and to any different terms in a signed service agreement, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data arising from use of the website or reliance on general website material.

For a paid service, any additional allocation or cap on liability must be stated in the applicable signed agreement and will apply only to the extent permitted by law. You should not rely on this website clause as a substitute for reviewing the agreement for your particular service.

15. Changes, suspension and termination

We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication to future website use; a change does not retroactively amend an existing signed agreement unless the parties agree in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or discontinue website access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or operational reasons. Either party’s rights to end a specific service engagement are governed by that engagement and applicable law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These website Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of Abu Dhabi will hear disputes relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or rules that require a different forum. A service agreement may contain additional dispute-resolution terms for that engagement; any such term is subject to applicable law.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to understand and resolve the issue.
